Registration

  • Calling all volunteers! We need your help to make this event a success. We're looking for:

    - Cooks & Meal Prep
    - Principal Race Officer, and Barge Crew
    - Bartenders & Social Setup
    - Photographer
    - General Volunteer (as needed)

    To make it easy to sign up, we've created a volunteer registration system that will help us coordinate and communicate with our volunteers.

    We're grateful for your support - events like these rely on volunteers like you! Thank you in advance for your time and effort!

    Important Registration Note:
    Online registration is strongly encouraged and required for meal tickets. In-person registration will assist those already registered online or accommodate last-minute registrations. Please note that late registrations on Friday cannot guarantee meal ticket availability.

0800-0900 Commodore's breakfast at GSC clubhouse
0800-0900 On-site registration at GSC clubhouse

0915 Skippers’ meeting at GSC clubhouse
1030 Warning signal, first race of the day
1200 Lunch ashore (exact time at Race Committee discretion)

1600 No further races will be started
1800 Dinner & Social at GSC clubhouse

1900-2300 Live Music

Sunday, Sept. 21 All Classes Racing 

08:00-09:00 Commodore's breakfast at GSC clubhouse
10:00 Warning signal, first race of the day

15:00 No further races will be started
