COVID and Programs at the Club
The pandemic is evolving and governmental rules and guidance change. This page will reflect the current position of the Board and if conditions require changes this page will be updated.
Whatever restrictions or requirements are in effect at the time of a course, program or activity shall determine participant requirements. Even if the restrictions or requirements are different than when signing up for the course, program or activity.
All Members, Guests and Program Participants shall self screen before coming to the Club or participating in any Club program, event or activity.
If you have any Covid-19 symptoms (even if mild) or any cold or flu-like symptoms, you MUST NOT come to the Club or participate in a program, event or activity.
Instructors will review the symptoms screening checklist prior to lessons and training. Any individuals identifying they have symptoms at that time MUST go home. Instructors have the authority to send participants home if they look unwell or exhibit symptoms.
If a registrant withdraws from a program more than 10 days before the start date, they may receive a refund less a $40 processing fee or full credit for another program in the same year. If we have to cancel a course, program or activity for a Covid-19 related reason, we will issue a full refund.
